Jack and his team has been nothing but professional and thorough. We have been thru various pest control teams from Rentokil to Pestsol and other reputable ones, and I can safely say I found the right vendor finally. The transparency of the operations from Day 1 has been clear, assuring and credible. The perimeter walkthru before and after the job was on point. It was organized and all concerns was addressed. I appreciate the candor for situations where it was required instead of empty promises. Jack assigned us Saiful and his team mate who did the job within 3-4HRs, from drilling to spraying of the entire house. Job well done and cost effective too. Thank you Jack, Saiful and team.

Unfortunately, the experience I had was unsatisfactory. The staffs that came over to site rushed the ULV misting and were unable to explain things properly. Approximately only < 5 minutes total time taken to cover a room size of about 300 square feet. The misting was poorly done as the whole room was not sprayed down evenly and properly. The staffs did not even respond to queries via text messages before arriving at site.

The company may try to compare my username and say that I am not their customer and that I am trying to tarnish their company image. Well, that is not the case as that was never my intention and I do have the Termibait orange customer receipt. My extreme disappointment led to this review instead.

However, some here are satisfied with their services, especially with removing animal corpses. In that case, perhaps I am the few unlucky ones to have a bad experience. So readers, I leave the decision to you. Anyways, thank you for reading this far and have a great day ahead! 🫡

Next day Termibait staff arrived on time and helped me checked my roof top which i thought was a dead rat but turns out was musang droppings 😂 they even taught me how to identify stains for possible dead rat situations. 👍

Very honest company. Jack sent two of his technicians to check my place. After a thorough check, they informed me that the marks I saw were old ones. No hard sell and they honestly told me I don't need to do any treatment at this juncture although I was keen to do so. They also advised me to do regular checks myself.

Removal of dead rat in the ceiling was done efficiently and expertly in less than 20 mins. Prior to doing the job, Jack took the time to explain to me how the process works, the pricing etc.

I came home to discover a decompossing dead kitten in my roof. Being a Sunday, I could not find a company to help deal with this ordeal. Thankfully, I managed to call Jack from Termibait ‐ super helpful and we arranged for someone to come at 9am Monday.

The next day, two Termibait staff arrived on the dot (9am), assessed the situation and explained patiently to me what needed to be done. They were efficient, fast and did the entire job without making a mess. After removing the carcass, they cleaned and sanitized the area, and disposed everything for me.

When I had issues with termite at my home 2 years ago, termibait did a fantastic job. Till now no termites
Occasionally we see larva and consult them thinking it could be termites, but so far there have been none.They have very good knowledge of all types of insects, and simple treatment if possible . They are impressive!

The termites that my family has given you,why are there so many termites.it has been four months.and the medicine they put on has no effect at all!!Are you professional in the end! Pls dont lie to consumers anymore.
